Fernando is the only international tax lawyer in Europe fully qualified in England as a Barrister and in Spain as an Abogado, and he has an extensive background in international tax and consulting. He has more than 20 years of international experience working for Deloitte, KPMG, and Grant Thornton, among others in the UK, USA, and Spain.Fernando is recognized as an expert in double tax treaty matters as well as developing tax investment and business strategies for international clients, including:

- International Foundations and Trusts
Fernando publishes regularly in the Tax Journal (Lexis Nexis), and wrote the guide How to Buy your Home in Spain for the Spanish Embassy in London and Dublin. He is currently based in Sotogrande, Spain, where he lives with his wife and two children.
